What does my score mean?
A higher score means the real, checkable signals search engines and AI assistants are known to weight are in better shape — your Google Business Profile, review base, treatment content, credentials, and citation consistency. It is not a measurement of how any specific AI assistant would answer a specific patient question. A low score doesn't mean something is broken — it usually means those underlying signals haven't been optimized yet, which is exactly what the remediation checklist addresses.
What doesn't the score mean?
It isn't a guarantee of future AI recommendations, search rankings, patient volume, or revenue, and it doesn't test what any specific AI assistant would actually say if asked about your med spa.
