Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We also use privacy-focused website analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. We do not send patient data, clinic records, or other sensitive form content to analytics tools.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to deliver the services you request (snapshots, audits, retainers), respond to inquiries, and send you related communications. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Vercel Analytics, which we use for aggregate site usage stats, does not rely on persistent tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a short-lived, secure session cookie used to sign in to our internal admin panel — it is not set for site visitors, does not track you, and contains no personal information. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout as part of processing your payment; those are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy, not ours.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers to operate this site and deliver services, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), and email delivery providers. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact us if you’d like your information deleted, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
