These terms govern your use of medspagrowthcompany.com and the services Med Spa Growth Company (“we,” “us”) provides, including the free AI visibility snapshot, the AI Visibility Audit, and Grow retainer engagements. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing and AI-visibility services for medical spas as described on our pricing page and individual service pages. Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and scope for each service are described on the relevant page at the time of purchase.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI recommendations, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Search engines and AI platforms change frequently and are outside our control. See our marketing compliance disclaimer for more detail.

Payment

One-time services (such as the AI Visibility Audit) are billed at the time of purchase. Retainer services are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us (business name, website, treatments offered, etc.) and for obtaining any patient consents required before sharing before/after content, testimonials, or similar materials with us.

Intellectual property

Content, reports, and creative we produce for you as part of a paid engagement are provided for your use as described in your specific service agreement. Ownership terms for content and assets after a retainer ends are confirmed per engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Spa Growth Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.
