AI Visibility Audit (one-time purchase)

The audit is a one-time service. Once we’ve begun preparing your report, the order generally can’t be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible after purchase if you need to change or cancel your order — see our contact page.

Grow and Grow + Content retainers

Retainers are billed monthly. Our exact cancellation notice period and any minimum commitment are confirmed during onboarding and are being finalized for publication here — contact us before subscribing if this is a deciding factor, and we’ll confirm the current terms in writing.

Refunds

Our refund policy for the audit and for retainer engagements is being finalized. If you have a concern about a specific order, contact us and we’ll work with you directly.
